In its most basic form, Moon Turtle: A Mood Journal is a 60 page journal which has 28 days of guided journaling designed to be filled out consecutively.
Who is it for?
Moon Turtle: A Mood Journal is there to support anyone who feels there is room for improvement in their mental health. While it can be used on its own, it’s a great addition for people who are regularly seeing a mental health practitioner, such as a counsellor, therapist or psychologist.
How is it used?
There are two pages for each day. It’s designed to take no more than fifteen minutes, while still taking in really valuable information about how your mind works.
