We love a snack that's loaded with all the healthy things our body needs and these Cookie Dough Protein Balls by the lovely @wellnessbyrenee are just the ticket!

They curb a sweet tooth in the afternoon and are also so great to grab from the fridge and head out the door when you're in a rush.

Let’s be honest life is busy and we need healthy snacks that not only nourish us but that keep us full and these Cookie Dough Balls (made using our Go Good Vanilla Protein Powder) do just that by adding protein, fibre, iron, and omegas - all the good things our body needs.

Made with dates for natural sweetness, they help to curb any sugar cravings and don’t cause you to crash after eating them.

These Cookie Dough Protein Balls tick all the boxes and we know you’re going to be as obsessed with them as we are.

Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Makes 15 bliss balls
10 Minutes to make

Ingredients:
1 cup of raw cashews
½ cup of rolled oats
2 tbsp of hemp seeds
8 Medjool dates
4 tbsp of nut butter ( I love cashew butter)
½ tsp of vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
6 tbsp of melted coconut oil
1 scoop of Go Good Vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup of dark choc chips

Add all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips to your food processor and blend until the mixture is sticky. It takes around 3-4 minutes and if you’re not getting there add in a little more melted coconut oil to help it along.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and place in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool down.
Then pour in chocolate chips and shape into balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
